How do I change my password?
When you are logged in to your myNGconnect User Management Console, click the "Change Password" link at the top right of your screen. Your School or District Administrator can also change your password on your behalf.
I've requested a password reminder, but I'm getting an error message that says my email address is invalid.
The email address you entered does not match an active account in myNGconnect. You might have registered under a different name, you might not have set up an account yet, or your account may have been inactivated.
Check with your School or District Administrator to make sure you've got the right email address, or

Your email system may be blocking our message. You can ask your District IT Administrator to "whitelist the NGSP.com and Cengage.com domains." This will tell your email system that it's ok to accept emails from us. In the meantime, contact your School or District Administrator to change your password for you, or contact NGL Technical Support.

Each password reset link may only be used one time. If you have used the link in your email before, it will not work again.

How do I obtain a Trial Account for myNGconnect?
Go to https://ngl.cengage.com/assets/html/forms/rra.html, the onscreen instructions will prompt you through the process and you will receive your login credentials within 24 hours.
How do I obtain login credentials for my students?
Student access to myNGconnect is determined by district purchases, and the student rostering process is initiated at the district level. Contact your School or District Administrator to see if student accounts are available to you and request that your students be set up in the system.
When I try to register for a new account, I'm getting an error message that says my email address already exists.
This means that a myNGconnect account already exists with the email address you entered.
This could be because you registered before, or because your district or school registered an account for you on your behalf.

This may mean that the password you selected does not meet our password requirements. myNGconnect passwords are case-sensitive and must be alpha-numeric and between 6 and 17 characters in length. Special characters may include "@", "$", "!", "?", "&", "^", "(", ")", "/", "~", "`", "_", "+", "=", "-", "[", "]", "{", "}", ":", "'", ",", "." and "|". Be sure that the password you are entering meets these requirements to proceed.
What is a Trial Account?
A Trial Account is a fully functional user account that gives you 90 days access to a National Geographic Learning Program in myNGconnect. Once you receive your login credentials you will have full access to myNGconnect and all of the program features.
How do I add obtain access to other National Geographic Learning Programs?
If you are interested in other National Geographic Learning Programs, you can get additional trial accounts by going to http://www.myngconnect.com/selfRegistration/trialAccountSignUp.spr, the onscreen instructions will prompt you through the process and you will receive your login credentials within 24 hours..
